The Cooling Ritual | For Cooling & Grounding

Your body runs hot before it runs empty; the heat, the flushes, the restlessness that come before exhaustion even sets in. This set is built for that, not for running on empty in the usual sense. Alpine Bloom's ylang ylang and jasmine ground the body by day. At night, the Blooming Lotus Tea Bath's Snow Lotus and cooling botanicals ease the heat and settle what the day stirred up. Grounding, then cooling — rest for a body that's running warm, not just running low. What's inside: Blooming Lotus Tea Bath Alpine Bloom Essential Oil Blend Alpine Bloom Natural Room Spray
