Due to the nature of skincare and bath products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@orientalteabath.com.
Refunds & Replacements
For damaged or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement or refund (including shipping, if applicable).
Proof of purchase and photos may be required to process your claim.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
