  • Due to the nature of skincare and bath products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened products.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@orientalteabath.com.

Refunds & Replacements

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement or refund (including shipping, if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase and photos may be required to process your claim.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
